Lay the foundation for your future with us!\nSalary: $62,500-$72,500 (based on experience) + performance bonuses\nSchedule: Monday to Friday | 9AM -6PM or 10AM -7PM\nThis is not a call center role. The Customer Service Specialist acts as a primary point of contact for dealers across Canada and the U.S., ensuring accurate order processing and timely follow-up. This role plays a critical operational function by ensuring services are executed accurately, issues are resolved quickly, and customers consistently receive a high-touch, white-glove experience. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment.\nKey Responsabilities\nProcessing and managing customer orders (phone, email, online systems)\nAnswering product availability questions and proposing alternatives as needed\nFollowing up on open orders and resolving issues proactively\nTaking ownership of requests from start to resolution\nCollaborating across departments to improve service flow and processes\nA Day in the Life\nHandling dealer calls and inquiries (approximately 20% of the day)\nProcessing orders and managing requests in internal systems\nResponding to email inquiries\nCoordinating with internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues\nTroubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently\n Qualifications & Skills\nBilingual (French & English) to support North American teams and clients\nPost-secondary education or 3+ years’ experience in landscaping or manufacturing\n1-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or a similar customer-facing role\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills\nProven ability to manage customer conflict with positive outcomes\nWhite-glove, customer-first mindset with strong ownership and follow-through\nComfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nTechnical Requirements\nExperience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, etc.\nFamiliarity with CRM software is considered an asset\nOverall strong computer proficiency\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)\n Techo-Bloc offers a structured and supportive environment where employees can build long-term careers.
