With 9 cutting-edge manufacturing facilities, 13+ distribution centers, and 900+ employees across 20+ North American locations, we’re driven by bold growth, creativity, and a commitment to excellence -all within a collaborative and inclusive work environment .\nIf you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a production team, and contributing to high-quality products, you’ll feel right at home here .\n Schedule and Salary:\nNight shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM\n\nStarting wage: $26.20/h - increase to $26.85/h after 3 months\n\nNight shift premium: $2.00/h\n\n Responsibilities:\nThe Loader Operator is responsible for the continuous supply of raw materials required for production, while ensuring safe and efficient management of aggregates on site.\nSpecifically, the role includes:\nSupplying production lines with aggregates based on operational needs\n\nFeeding silos and storage areas using heavy equipment\n\nLoading trucks with defective products (scrap) for disposal or recycling\n\nTransporting sand to the heated plate during the winter period\n\nPerforming snow removal operations during winter to maintain safe working conditions\n\nReceiving aggregate trucks, directing them to the appropriate unloading areas, and ensuring smooth operations\n\nVerifying the conformity of received aggregates and moving them to designated storage areas\n\nComplying with health and safety procedures as well as company quality standards\n\nConducting visual inspections of equipment and reporting any anomalies or maintenance needs\n\nJob Requirements\nRecognized training in heavy equipment operation (loader) with a valid competency card\n\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a loader operator\n\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and apply common sense\n\nStrong focus on safety and professionalism\n\nWork Environment\nIndustrial setting with exposure to moving machinery, vibrations, and loud noise\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 22 kg (50 lbs)\n\nAbility to stand, reach, climb, and maintain balance for extended periods\n\nAbility to perform physical tasks in an active work environment\n\nCareer Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
