If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and working cross-functionally with maintenance, production, and vendors, this is a role where your planning skills directly drive plant performance.\n $35-$40/hour, paid weekly\nSchedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM\nLocation: Rock Island, IL\nJob Description:\nWhat you'll do:\nAs a key link between maintenance, production, and outside vendors, you'll plan and prioritize the work that keeps our equipment running. Day to day, you'll:\nBuild maintenance schedules and generate work orders across all shifts\nOwn the preventive/corrective maintenance program and keep it optimized\nTrack department performance through the ERP system and report on key metrics\nManage vendor relationships - sourcing quotes, technical documentation, and pricing\nForecast and manage parts inventory (MRP) so the team always has what it needs\nEstimate labor and parts costs, and adjust plans when equipment breaks down\nPrepare purchase requisitions/POs and support parts room operations\nOccasionally assist outside normal hours for urgent needs\nRequired to support other sites remotely\n What you bring:\nExperience in manufacturing maintenance planning\nMust have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record\nMust be able to operate a forklift, man lift and other industrial equipment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, D365 and Microsoft AX (highly preferred)\nPurchasing and vendor management\nHigh level knowledge of electrical and mechanical parts\nExcellent planning and execution skills\nBe an excellent communicator\nAbility to work under pressure and with others for a common goal\n Why Work at Techo-Bloc?\nWe offer stable, long-term careers with strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a team-first culture.
