As you build new skills and certifications, you'll increase your earning potential.\n Estimated annual earnings: $85,000-$107,000 ($33-$44/hr + annual bonus)\nShift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-5:00 AM ($2/hr shift differential)\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou’ll help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.\nMaintain motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, belts, chains, drives, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFDs.\nRead schematics, use diagnostic tools, and identify parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.\nPerform preventive maintenance to improve uptime, reliability, and equipment performance.\nFabricate, weld, repair, and modify components as needed.\nDocument work, labor hours, and parts usage in the maintenance system.\nFollow all safety procedures and support a clean, team-focused work environment.\n What We’re Looking For\n3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.\nStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with 480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC, and 4-20mA systems.\nAbility to read electrical schematics and use multimeters, meggers, and related tools.\nMIG/Stick welding, fabrication, rigging, and precision measuring tool experience.\nKnowledge of motors, drives, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.\nA safety-first mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.\nPreferred Experience\nTechnical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, electro-mechanical, welding, or a related field.\nExperience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office.\nExperience with SEW, Siemens, Lenze, or Allen-Bradley drives.\nLocation: Douglassville, PA\nConvenient for candidates in Reading, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Exeter, Birdsboro, Boyertown, Limerick, and nearby communities.\nWhy Techo-Bloc?\nWe take care of our team with strong pay, reliable hours, and real benefits.\nWeekly Pay\nMedical / Dental / Vision\n401(k) + Company Match\nLife Insurance + STD + LTD\nPaid Time Off\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nEmployee product discounts\nTraining & Development opportunities\nUniforms provided after 3 months\nBoot reimbursement program\n Physical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
