Grow Here.\nAt Techo-Bloc, we invest in your development with hands-on training and a clear career path:\nJr. Apprentice → Apprentice → Jr. PMO → PMO → Senior PMO\nAs your skills grow, so do your responsibilities and pay.\n The schedule and pay:\n$29.68/hr: $24.68 base plus a $5/hr night shift premium\nMonday-Thursday, 6:00pm-6:00am, so every weekend is a 3-day weekend\nPaid weekly\nPosition:\nWe’re looking for hands-on, mechanically minded operators who enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they produce.\nRun automated production equipment and hit daily production goals\nSet up equipment and handle preventative maintenance\nTroubleshoot, adjust, and make minor repairs using hand tools and measuring devices, and bring in Maintenance when needed to keep the line moving\nTake apart and reassemble heavy components using hoists and hand tools\nCheck product quality, including color blends, and flag anything that's off\nKeep accurate daily production and maintenance reports\nHand off clearly at shift change so the next crew knows exactly where things stand\nWork safely and follow plant procedures\n What you need\n3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nComfort leading or guiding coworkers on the floor\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to work independently and take initiative\nAvailability for occasional overtime or weekend coverage when production requires it\nHigh school diploma or GED\nBonus points (not required)\nMechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience\nExperience in concrete or concrete products manufacturing\nFamiliarity with equipment like Masa, Hess, Omag, Columbia, Rekers, or Besser\nExperience with ERP systems or Microsoft Office\n Why Work for Us?\nWe offer stable, long-term careers with strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a team-first culture.
