No bridge, no downtown commute.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild and run the schedule\nExecute and maintain the daily and weekly production schedule for your assigned lines.\nRe-sequence on the fly when reality hits: breakdowns, material shortages, priority changes.\nCreate and maintain production orders in our MRP/ERP system, accurately and on time.\nKeep an eye on the numbers\nTrack plan vs. actual, explain the gaps and report them to the Planning Manager.\nMonitor inventory levels and raise the flag before a stockout happens.\nFollow key KPIs (service level, changeovers, excess inventory, backorder lead time) and understand what drives them.\nBe the link between teams\nWork hand in hand with production and procurement every day to make the plan happen.\nCommunicate schedule changes quickly and clearly to everyone affected.\nBring forward ideas to fix the pain points you see day to day. Your fresh eyes are an asset.\n What you bring\nMust-haves\nA bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in operations management, industrial engineering, logistics, supply chain or a related field.\n0 to 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling or operations.
