This individual will work with government stakeholders and project personnel to support effective service delivery, workforce coordination, reporting, and contract performance.\nResponsibilities\nProvide day-to-day management and coordination of project activities.\nServe as a primary liaison among project staff, company leadership, and government stakeholders.\nMonitor schedules, deliverables, staffing, workload, and performance requirements.\nCoordinate project resources and support timely completion of assigned work.\nTrack project status, risks, issues, and action items.\nPrepare reports, briefings, status updates, and other project documentation.\nSupport quality assurance, process improvement, and performance monitoring activities.\nAssist with personnel onboarding, training, and workforce coordination.\nParticipate in meetings and provide follow-up on project actions and priorities.\nSupport compliance with applicable contractual and government requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nDemonstrated project or program management experience.\nExperience supporting federal government programs or contracts preferred.\nExperience leading teams and managing multiple priorities and deliverables.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting FOIA, Privacy Act, records management, legal support, case management, or related federal programs.\nExperience managing contract personnel or service-delivery teams.\nFamiliarity with federal contracting environments.\nPMP certification or other project management credentials.\nExperience with quality control, reporting, workflow management, or process improvement.\nThis position is contingent upon contract award and final customer
