This individual will facilitate Agile delivery, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support product-management activities to advance emerging technology and AI capabilities across the program. Developer to support the development and implementation of AI initiatives and pilot projects across the program. This individual will collaborate with technical and functional teams to build, test, and mature AI-enabled capabilities from concept through implementation.\nDuties:\n Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n Coordinate pilot activities across technical and functional teams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.\nPartner with program leadership and product stakeholders to help shape the AI roadmap and prioritize pilot initiatives.\n Gather and document stakeholder requirements, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.\n Support backlog refinement and prioritization in coordination with the Product Owner and development teams.\n Identify and help resolve impediments that affect team productivity or pilot progress.\nPerforms additional duties as assigned\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree\n3+years of relevant experience\nExperience supporting technology implementation, product-management, or business-analysis efforts\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills\nAbility to develop project documentation, status reports, and recommendations\nMeet Security Eligibilities \nTSA experience is highly desired\nDHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized \nPreferred Technologies and Skills:\n Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\n Strong AI fluency and familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies\nExperience supporting AI-enabled products or innovation initiatives\nRequirements-gathering and roadmap-development experience\nAbility to bridge business and technical stakeholder needs\nBenefits\nTechOp Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, sex, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.\nThe pay range for this role reflects a variety of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: job location, relevant skills and experience, education and certifications, contract-specific requirements, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case, and it is not typical for hires to be made at or near the top of the range.
