data-entry errors.\nMaintain organized paper and electronic work files.\nTrack completed work and report missing, damaged, duplicate, or unreadable documents.\nProtect sensitive information and follow established document-handling procedures.\nMeet established accuracy and daily production requirements.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma.\nAt least one year of experience in data entry, document scanning, file organization, clerical support, or a similar administrative role.\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic filing systems.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to perform repetitive, production-oriented tasks accurately.\nAbility to handle paper files and operate scanning or standard office equipment.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\nU.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy applicable federal background investigation, suitability, or security requirements.\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience working with sensitive or personally identifiable information.\nPrevious experience supporting a federal government office or
