It’s critical we continue to push forward with new tools and frameworks\n\nAssisting with operation live issues, and determining the root cause alongside ensuring the same issue does not keep skills with fluency in English\n\nProven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers\n\nExpertise in making technical decisions and designing architecture\n\nStrong ability to perform code reviews, refactor code, and resolve bugs\n\nExtensive experience working in an Agile development environment\n\nStrong leadership qualities, including problem-solving skills, a collaborative
