The team is building intelligent software that automates and standardises complex real estate data, enabling industry professionals to make faster, more informed decisions with clean, reliable insights. you’ll be doing\n\nAI-powered data extraction – turning complex real-estate documents and spreadsheets into structured data\n\nData standardisation – automatically mapping inconsistent customer data into a common schema\n\nHuman-in-the-loop workflows – building interfaces that let users understand, review and correct what our systems have done\n\nAI-native product features – exploring how LLMs, agents and MCP can make working with real-estate data dramatically easier\n\nCustomer integrations and APIs – getting clean, validated data into the systems our customers already use\n\nThis isn’t a role where somebody hands you perfectly specified tickets.\n\nYou’ll work with product, engineers, Customer Success and occasionally customers themselves to understand a problem, shape a solution, build it, ship it and see whether it worked.\n\nWhat we’ll expect from you\n\nYou’re likely to have a few years of professional software-engineering experience and be comfortable delivering features independently.\n\nTake ownership of features from initial problem through to production\n\nBreak ambiguous problems into practical pieces of work\n\nWrite maintainable, well-tested software\n\nBe comfortable working across backend, data and occasionally frontend code\n\nDebug unfamiliar systems rather than staying inside one narrow area\n\nCommunicate clearly with engineers and non-engineers\n\nUse modern AI development tools effectively rather than treating them as an autocomplete\n\nHave strong opinions loosely held and be willing to challenge how things are currently built\n\nExperience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, SQL, cloud infrastructure or data-intensive systems would be particularly useful.You do not need previous commercial-real-estate experience.\n\nWhy
