Unlike traditional IT outsourcing companies, TechPods’ fully transparent model enables companies to scale quicker, while mitigating risk and reducing costs. We strongly believe that traditional outsourcing is dead, and the key to long-term success lies within partnering, as opposed to vendoring.\n\nWe’re seeking a UX Designer to join a collaborative, fast-moving team at the intersection of Product and Technology, where design has a seat at the table – from strategy to delivery. We value quality, curiosity, and candour, working in short iterations, shipping frequently, and building solid foundations without cutting corners. We’re building a brand-new platform from the ground up, with design at its heart. As a UX Designer, you’ll join our product team on a fixed-term basis, working alongside our full-time UX Designer. You’ll own design work across customer-facing journeys, with a strong focus on sales and conversion journeys and B2C experiences for tenants and landlords.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing\n\nDesign end-to-end journeys for tenants, landlords and letting agents, from first touch to completion\n\nWork closely with our Product Managers to improve conversion across sales journeys (sign-up, purchase, onboarding, upsell)\n\nProduce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma\n\nContribute to and maintain our design system with the existing UX Designer\n\nPresent complex legal and compliance information in a clear, consumer-friendly way\n\nDesign to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards\n\nSupport developers through build, QA and release\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\nProven experience designing B2C digital products\n\nA track record of designing sales or conversion journeys with measurable results\n\nA strong portfolio showing your process, not just final screens\n\nAdvanced Figma skills, including prototyping and component libraries\n\nExperience working in agile, cross-functional teams\n\nConfident communicator who can explain and defend design decisions\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience in proptech, fintech, insurance or another regulated consumer sector\n\nExperience with B2B2C products (serving businesses and their customers)\n\nA/B testing and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel)\n\nDesigning complex forms, checkouts or onboarding flows\n\nMobile-first design experience\n\nWhy us?\n\nExcellent opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies\n\nAdditional private health and dental care\n\nFlexible working hours, either from our new modern office, from home, or even remotely\n\nCo-funded MultiSport Card to enjoy hundreds of indoor, outdoor, and wellness activities\n\nCo-funded Transportation card\n\nHaving the great opportunity to work with passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced people, where your opinion is highly valued\n\nHigh team autonomy to make a significant impact on the company\n\nPart of a strong local tech community with lots of technology events\n\nKeep up-to-date with weekly company clubs, initiatives & regular teambuildings\n\nSelf-development annual budget to spend on books, courses, and events\n\nTo apply for this role, please send your CV in English.\n\nAll applications will be treated in a timely and confidential manner.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3254,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Flexible
