{"id":1417288,"url":"https://alion.io/job/techprojects-it-recruitment-lead-individual-contributor","title":"IT Recruitment Lead Individual Contributor","company":{"id":3744825,"name":"TechProjects","domain":"techprojects.co.nz","url":"https://alion.io/company/techprojects","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":null,"truth_index":null},"role":"HR","role_family":"HR","seniority":"lead","employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Hyderabad, India"],"countries":["IN"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":8,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"LinkedIn","optional":false},{"name":"Service Desk","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-28T19:44:03Z","employer_posted_date":null,"last_verified_at":"2026-09-28T19:44:03Z","board_verified":false,"closed_at":null,"days_open":19,"trust":{"level":"not_scored","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":19},"description":"IT Recruitment Lead – Individual Contributor\n\nPosition Details\nLocation: Hyderabad\nWorking Days: Monday to Friday\nWorking Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST\nWeekends: Saturday & Sunday Off \nRole: Full-Time | Individual Contributor | Hands-on Recruiter\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Lead who is a strong hands-on Individual Contributor with proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.\nThe role involves independently managing multiple technology hiring requirements, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding, while working closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n· Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to joining.\n· Independently source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.\n· Conduct initial screening covering technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, compensation, and candidate interest.\n· Hire across technologies including Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Data, Analytics, Application Development, DevOps, ERP, NOC, Service Desk, and other niche IT skills.\n· Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, budgets, and timelines.\n· Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.\n· Manage offer discussions, negotiations, joining commitments, and closure.\n· Proactively manage offer drops, counteroffers, and candidate withdrawals.\n· Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and report pipeline, interviews, selections, offers, joiners, and time-to-fill metrics.\n· Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, screening standards, documentation, and governance.\n· Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n· 8+ years of IT Recruitment experience with strong hands-on sourcing and closure capability.\n· Experience handling multiple IT requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.\n· Strong knowledge of technical hiring and IT skill sets.\n· Excellent sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.\n· Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.\n· Strong ownership, follow-up, communication, and closure skills.\n· Ability to work independently in a target-driven recruitment environment.\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nA hands-on recruiter who can independently own requirements end-to-end, engage with hiring managers, build quality pipelines, and drive positions through to successful joining.
