Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Associate with experience in B2C lead generation and online outreach. Key Responsibilities Generate and identify potential B2C leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms. Research and identify potential customers and target audiences. Initiate conversations and conduct outreach with prospects. Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate lead records and track outreach activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 6 months – 1 year of experience in B2C lead generation or business development. Experience using LinkedIn and other online platforms. Proactive, target-oriented, and confident in customer communication.
