Decides which customer attributes and segments are worth building and owns the telco use case library. Defines what each segment means commercially and how value is measured.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and deliver solutions within the scope of the role, from requirements and technical/design decisions through implementation and continuous improvement.\nWork closely with engineering, product, data, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions.\nApply strong engineering and/or domain expertise to build reliable, maintainable, and production-ready capabilities.\nContribute to architecture, standards, documentation, quality, and technical decision-making appropriate to the role.\nIdentify performance, scalability, data quality, usability, reliability, or operational risks and address them proactively.\nCollaborate across teams to ensure solutions integrate effectively with existing systems and platform components.\nRequirements\nExperience: 7+ years of relevant professional experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with: Telco CVM, base management, customer segmentation, campaign design, uplift and incrementality measurement, SQL.\nTelco CVM, base management, or marketing analytics, with campaigns personally designed and measured.\nStrong command of telco commercial drivers: ARPU, churn economics, recharge behaviour, prepaid and postpaid mechanics, cross sell into fixed and content.\nOwns use cases end to end: churn, retention, dormancy, win back, upsell, tariff migration, device upgrade.\nHas built and used segments in a real customer data or campaign environment.\nProves campaign impact with control design and incrementality, not reach and open rates.\nWilling to cut a list down to what will actually be used.\nDomain Requirement:\nTelco is a must\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with a customer data platform or campaign management platform.\nWorking with engineering teams to specify attributes and
