and identify opportunities for improvement.\nContinuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business requirements.\nEnsure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, compliance requirements, and data regulations.\nRequirements\n6+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.\nStrong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects, demonstrating both process and outcomes.\nExpertise in Figma (with proficiency in similar tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD being an advantage).\nSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.\nExperience in conducting user research, developing personas,design thinking methodology, and running usability tests.\nAbility to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate interaction concepts and design intent.\nStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering teams and ensure accurate design implementation.\nExperience working with design systems, variables, tokens, style guides, and component libraries that scale consistently across platforms.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design choices and their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nDesired Skills (Nice to Have)\nExperience designing interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications.\nFamiliarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).\nPrevious experience working in Agile/Scrum
