We’re a small team, so every person carries real responsibility, and every piece of work, good or bad, has a visible impact on our clients and on the company.\n\nAbout the roleFull-time | 100% remote\n\nYou will be the person who knows the status of every project and every open client conversation. You’ll own delivery timelines across our development, QA and support teams, make sure no client approval, quotation or SRS sign-off is forgotten, and support our sales effort with research and follow-ups. You will be accountable for delivery timelines and for timely client follow-up.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nDelivery ownership\n\nOwn project delivery timelines and track progress with the development, QA and support teams.\n\nRun our daily stand-up and maintain a clear picture of where every delivery stands.\n\nReport delays or off-track work to the COO promptly, with the cause and a proposed fix.\n\nMaintain our internal task management system so it is always accurate and up to date.\n\nPair with the COO on planning to deliver.\n\nClient follow-up and requirements\n\nFollow up with existing clients to get approvals and confirmations on quotations, technical details and SRS documents, so nothing stays pending.\n\nJoin client meetings to understand requirements and help turn them into clear tasks for developers and QA.\n\nReview SRS documents and quotations before they go to clients.\n\nKeep clients informed proactively.\n\nSales support\n\nResearch target companies, identify prospects and decision-makers, and find their contact details.\n\nDo light follow-ups on warm leads after the initial calls, and help secure client decisions or meetings.\n\nKeep our sales funnel and lead records accurate and current.\n\nArrange meetings and appointments, and occasionally attend client meetings or demos.\n\nRequirements\n\n1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, client coordination or sales support, preferably in a software or IT company.\n\nStrong written and spoken English, with confidence following up with clients by email, phone and .\n\nProven follow-up discipline and strong organisation.\n\nComfortable reviewing requirement documents (SRS/BRD) and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience with a task or project tool (Jira, Trello, ClickUp or similar) and a CRM or lead tracker.\n\nComfortable running a daily stand-up and speaking up when a deadline is at risk.\n\nComfortable working with simple reports and trackers to monitor delivery and the sales funnel.\n\nExperience working remotely with minimal supervision.\n\nWillingness to use AI tools to work faster and better.\n\nAdvantages\n\nStrong online research skills, including LinkedIn and other professional platforms, for finding prospects, decision-makers and contact details.\n\nExperience with HRM, payroll or ERP software\n\nUnderstanding of software development processes (SDLC, Agile)\n\nExperience writing or tracking SRS documents\n\nCandidates based in or near Colombo are preferred, since we hold in-person team meetings every two weeks and occasional client visits.\n\nWorking arrangement\n\n100% remote, with in-person team meetings every two weeks in Colombo.\n\nOccasional client site visits for meetings or demos.
