This structured one-year training program is designed to provide practical exposure across engineering, manufacturing, projects, sales, and operations, enabling trainees to build a strong technical foundation and develop into future engineering professionals.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in engineering design, manufacturing, and production activities.\nSupport project execution, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.\nMonitor equipment and machine performance and assist in preventive maintenance planning.\nPrepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical documentation, reports, and engineering drawings.\nCoordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.\nSupport quality inspections, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in process optimization and Lean/5S improvement activities.\nAssist in vendor interactions, material inspections, and technical evaluations.\nLearn company products, engineering standards, and project execution methodologies.\nProvide technical support to the Sales and Business Development team whenever required.\nAdhere to company quality, safety, and compliance standards.\nEligibility Criteria\nB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.\nFreshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.\nGood academic record with strong technical fundamentals.\nBasic knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software will be an added advantage.\nGood communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to travel across project sites and customer locations, if required.\nImmediate joiners will be preferred.\nDesired Skills\nMechanical Engineering Fundamentals\nEngineering Drawings & GD&T\nManufacturing & Production Processes\nMS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nTeamwork and Collaboration\nLearning Agility\nTechnical Documentation\nCustomer Orientation\nCareer Progression\nSuccessful trainees who demonstrate strong technical competence, performance, and alignment with company values during the one-year GET program may be considered for confirmation as Graduate Engineer -
