The Project Head will be responsible for project planning, execution, commercial performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, resource management, quality, safety, and timely project delivery.\nThe role requires strong technical expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects, cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and contractual commitments.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning, and handover of multiple engineering projects.\nDevelop project execution strategies aligned with organizational objectives.\nEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.\nDrive project profitability and customer satisfaction.\nProject Planning & Execution\nPrepare project execution plans and schedules.\nAllocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.\nMonitor project milestones and resolve execution bottlenecks.\nConduct regular project review meetings.\nEnsure timely completion of project deliverables.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.\nAttend client meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews.\nManage customer expectations and ensure timely issue resolution.\nDevelop long-term customer relationships.\nCommercial & Financial Management\nMonitor project budgets and cost control.\nReview project profitability and margins.\nApprove procurement requirements.\nMonitor billing, collections, variation orders, and change requests.\nEnsure contractual obligations are fulfilled.\nTeam Leadership\nLead Project Managers, Site Engineers, Design Engineers, Planning Engineers, and Project Coordinators.\nDevelop team capabilities through mentoring and coaching.\nConduct periodic performance reviews.\nPromote collaboration across departments.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical guidance during project execution.\nReview engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.\nResolve technical challenges in coordination with Design and Engineering teams.\nDrive engineering excellence and standardization.\nResource Management\nOptimize utilization of manpower and equipment.\nMonitor workforce productivity.\nPlan manpower deployment across projects.\nCoordinate subcontractors and external agencies.\nProcurement & Vendor Management\nCoordinate procurement activities with SCM and Commercial teams.\nReview technical specifications for procurement.\nEvaluate subcontractors and vendors.\nMonitor vendor performance and project deliveries.\nQuality Management\nEnsure compliance with Quality Management Systems.\nReview inspection reports.\nImplement corrective and preventive actions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives.\nHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE)\nPromote a strong safety culture.\nEnsure compliance with HSE standards.\nMonitor safety audits.\nMinimize project incidents and risks.\nRisk Management\nIdentify project risks.\nDevelop mitigation strategies.\nEscalate critical issues to management.\nEnsure business continuity.\nReporting & MIS\nPrepare weekly and monthly project dashboards.\nPresent project performance to senior management.\nTrack KPIs including:Schedule Performance\nCost in Engineering, EPC, Industrial Projects, CGD, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Infrastructure.\nMinimum 5 years in a senior project leadership role managing multiple projects.\nTechnical
