specifications.\n- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.\n- Utilize and develop expertise in EMR integration techniques, including Smart on FHIR and Context Aware Linking.\n- Master various EMR integration approaches, such as HL7, both private and public APIs, FHIR, and XML/Document standards.\n- Address complex technical challenges related to EMR data integration.\n- Create and manage CCD/CCDA/HL7 integrations, including data mapping for diverse applications.\n- Handle HL7 data mappings and troubleshoot interfaces before and after integration.\n- Develop data pipelines using Mirth to facilitate data integration into VieCure.\n- Merge records across systems using specific patient identifiers.\n- Regularly update the team lead on project statuses.\n- Document development processes, logic, coding, and any corrections made.\n**Required Skills and Experience:**\n- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in data integration.\n- Proficient in RESTful API development, with a strong grasp of API design principles.\n- Experience with HL7 Messaging from Practice Management Systems or Lab Vendors.\n- In-depth knowledge of data migration best practices and implementation strategies.\n- Familiarity with EMR data standards, coding schemes, and ontologies.\n- Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.\n- Skilled in using Mirth for EMR data parsing and ingestion.\n- Ability to collaborate effectively with data-related teams (DBAs, Architects, Analysts, Programmers).\n- Proven track record of managing integration projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.\n- Excellent communication abilities and conflict resolution skills.\n- Efficient time management and prioritization capabilities.\n**Educational Requirements:**\n- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science,
