Since we were formed in August of 2016, we have supported multiple impactful and exciting government programs.\n Position Overview:\nThe Mid-Sr. Full Stack Java Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and systems for a federal agency. The candidate will collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions in compliance with federal standards and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications using modern frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, SpringDAO). \nDesign, build, and consume RESTful APIs and microservices. \nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices. \nDebug and resolve issues across development, testing, and production. \nParticipate in code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability. \nCollaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software. \nImplement unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito). \nWork with SQL/NoSQL databases and optimize queries as needed. \nContribute to system architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations. \n Required Qualifications\nStrong proficiency in Java (Java 11 or newer preferred). \nSolid experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA. \nUnderstanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and best practices. \nExperience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and basic NoSQL concepts. \nExperience with Hibernate is a must \nComfortable working with Git and branching strategies. \nFamiliar with REST API design, microservices concepts, and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAI). \nExperience writing automated tests. \nExperience in DevSecOps. \nPreferred/Bonus Skills\nExperience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). \nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). \nKnowledge of Docker/Kubernetes. \nExposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. \nBasic understanding of front-end technologies (Angular, React, Vue) is a plus but not required. \nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, physics, or
