\n• Experience in ServiceNow Discovery and MID Server setup \n• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST API. \n• Understanding of Automated Test Framework (ATF) and deployment processes. \n• Understanding of ITIL processes. \n• Excellent understanding of general IT infrastructure landscapes and technologies \n• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence). \n• Ability to work in agile environment. \n• Exceptional problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills. \n• Logical and analytical thinking. \n• All the above are compulsory
