TechTorch’s Commercial Excellence practices help transform lead to cash processes and system.\nWho You Are\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and the broader Salesforce platform. Knowledge of Agentforce Revenue is a plus. This role is responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that enable quoting, contracting, billing integrations, service operations, and scalable business processes.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development skills with Quote-to-Cash domain knowledge, platform best practices, and comfort working in modern AI-native delivery environments.\nQuote-to-Cash\nHands-on development experience with CPQ solutions such as Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce Revenue, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, amendments, renewals, and billing handoff.\n\nExperience customizing and extending CPQ processes using Apex, Flows, validation rules, custom objects, integrations, and automation.\n\nExperience supporting integrations with billing or finance systems such as NetSuite SuiteBilling, ZoneCo, or similar platforms.\n\nAbility to work from functional and technical requirements to build scalable Salesforce solutions.\n\nAI Native\nDemonstrated ability to use AI-native delivery practices, including LLM-assisted development, rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, AI-assisted documentation, and AI-supported configuration and code generation.\n\nComfortable with conversational development workflows, using natural language prompts to generate, refine, test, debug, and explain Apex, Flow logic, LWC, integrations, APIs, and solution prototypes.\n\nAbility to use AI tools responsibly while maintaining strong engineering discipline, code quality, security, testing standards, and platform best practices.\n\nSalesforce Core Platform\nProject implementation experience on Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, permissions, reports, and dashboards.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, data model design, governor limits, deployment processes, and platform automation.\n\nKnowledge of PSA capabilities is a plus.\n\nDevelopment & Integration\nStrong understanding of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, platform events, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, queueable Apex, and data synchronization patterns.\n\nFamiliarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar tools.\n\nExperience with version control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, sandbox management, metadata deployments, and release management.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalable, maintainable technical solutions.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to translate business requirements and solution designs into high-quality technical deliverables.\n\nComfortable working with architects, consultants, business users, QA teams, and project managers.\n\nAbility to explain technical options, constraints, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset with attention to quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability.\n\nExperience mentoring junior developers is a plus.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on development and implementation experience.\n\nStrong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and integration development.\n\nSalesforce certifications preferred, such as:\nSalesforce Platform Developer I\n\nSalesforce Platform Developer II\n\nSalesforce Administrator
