Senior QA Engineer (Mobile / Android)
The opportunity
Join a brand-new mobile project from the ground up - testing an Android application alongside a custom OS built on AOSP (Android Open Source Project). The production release is planned for March 2027, which means you'll be shaping the quality and testing process from day one. The broader client relationship is already 5 years old and expected to run for another 5 - this is long-term, stable work on a product used by millions of users in the fitness industry.
What you'll do
Manual testing of mobile applications and the Android operating system, including AOSP
Close collaboration with the development team and US-based client (East Coast)
Identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs
Creating structured test scenarios and test plans
Participating in requirements analysis and test documentation
What you bring
Must-have:
6+ years of commercial experience in mobile application testing
Experience with Jira
Ability to create structured test plans (e.g. Qase, Xray)
Strong English skills - daily communication with the client team
Comfortable working under pressure and in a dynamic environment
English B2, Polish B2
Nice to have:
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Proxyman, Burp Suite)
Experience with non-functional testing on mobile (performance, usability)
Experience with custom operating systems (AOSP)
Test automation knowledge
Git experience
Experience creating test strategies
