We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.\nABOUT THE ROLE:\nReporting to the EMEA Commercial Finance Director, you will act as the operational engine for the EMEA Commercial Finance team and the first point of contact for routine data and reporting requirements.\nDeliver reliable data, recurring reports, dashboards and process automation that enable Business stakeholders to focus on analysis, commercial challenge, influence and decision support.\nOwn standard reporting production, data validation, master-data maintenance and dashboard support.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate recurring finance processes, improving the timeliness, accuracy and accessibility of commercial information.\nBring strong analytical capability, attention to detail, clear communication and effective collaboration across Commercial Finance and the wider EMEA business.\nKey responsibilities\nReporting, data quality and dashboard delivery\nPrepare and deliver recurring EMEA, HK and US reporting submissions in line with agreed timetables.\nProduce Brand packs, KPI reports, scorecards and quarterly dashboards.\nMaintain standard reporting covering sales, margin, product, customer and market performance.\nSupport executive dashboards and leadership reports.\nManage routine reporting requests through clear, standardised and repeatable outputs.\nProduce standard product, SKU and customer data extracts for Finance and business stakeholders.\nPrepare datasets for recurring reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analytical requirements.\nMaintain product and customer hierarchies, metadata and master-data validation.\nPerform reconciliations and validation checks across source data, reports and dashboards.\nInvestigate discrepancies with relevant data owners and maintain controlled reporting documentation.\nMaintain and refresh Qlik Sense dashboards within the agreed reporting portfolio.\nPerform dashboard testing and validation following data, logic or design changes.\nDeliver dashboard enhancements.\nProvide first-line support for routine dashboard and data-access questions.\nMaintain consistent KPI definitions and promote effective self-service reporting.\nProcess improvement and automation\nIdentify recurring manual reports and processes that can be simplified or automated.\nDevelop sustainable solutions that reduce manual effort and spreadsheet dependency.\nStreamline data uploads, report-refresh processes and recurring data preparation.\nStandardise repetitive tasks, templates, controls and reporting routines.\nApply AI tools responsibly and practically to improve productivity, strengthen analysis and forecasting, automate routine activities and support better business decision-making.\nDocument processes and handovers to strengthen resilience and continuity.\nPlanning, product reporting and stakeholder support\nSupport forecasting and budgeting cycles through data preparation, templates and database maintenance.\nProvide timely technical reporting support during planning periods.\nAct as the first point of contact for routine Commercial Finance data and reporting requests.\nClarify stakeholder requirements and translate them into repeatable outputs wherever possible.\nBuild effective relationships with Commercial Finance partners, BI Developers and report users across EMEA.\nPrioritise work against agreed deadlines and business needs.\nCandidate profile\nEssential experience and capabilities\nExperience in a data, reporting, finance analyst, business-intelligence or management-information role.\nStrong track record of preparing recurring business or financial reports.\nConfidence working with large datasets and reconciling information from multiple sources.\nExperience maintaining dashboards or reporting solutions and translating user requirements into clear, repeatable outputs.\nAdvanced Excel capability.\nWorking knowledge of at least one business-intelligence platform, preferably Qlik Sense and/or Power BI.\nAbility to extract, manipulate and validate data from multiple sources.\nUnderstanding of data structures, hierarchies, master data and KPI definitions.\nStrong AI literacy, demonstrated through the practical and responsible use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, forecasting and business decision-making.\nStrong documentation, testing and process-control discipline.\nDesirable experience\nExperience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, sales finance or a related analytical function.\nExposure to P&L reporting and sales, gross margin, product, customer or market datasets.\nExperience supporting budget and forecast cycles.\nExperience in reporting automation, structured reporting environments or regional and multi-country stakeholder support.\nAt TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
