to be a part of it.\n\nJob Description\n\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree or Ph.D in Computer Science or Information Technology.\n\nExperience: Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nBe hands-on in architecting, coding, prototyping, and testing solutions, and willingness and the ability to roll-up the sleeve to get things over the line.\nAccelerate new customer opportunities and projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Production.\nProvide customers with expertise and through architecture designs, proof of concepts, hands-on implementation, and value-realization.\nLead and provide guidance to project teams including handholding, establishing best practices to be adopted in projects.\nProvide perspective to key stakeholders to increase adoption through technical thought leadership, insights & feedback on a regular basis.\nCuriosity to be up to date with the emerging trends in the AI space and emerge as a go-to-person.\nDevelop versatile AI models that can be adapted for multiple use cases.\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\nDemonstrated expertise in Azure AI stack.\nProficiency in Python, Django, SQL, Vector Databases, Python AI libraries and AIOps.\nEnsure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.\nConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.\nDocument technical designs and processes.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nAzure certifications such as Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate.\nExperience with AI frameworks.\nExperience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.\n\nSoft Skills:\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively internal and external stake holders in tight deadlines across different geographies, with a smile .\nSelf-motivated, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment and appreciate the ambiguity of complex software systems.\nFlair for innovation is a strong pre-requisite.\nStrong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution.\nExcellent networking and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to engage clients/partners/regions.\nAbility to influence and persuade, build consensus, drive and energise team\nInnate wiliness to coach/mentor team
