Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to lead digital workplace transformation initiatives across client engagements.\n\nThe Architect will design scalable, secure, and governance-driven SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, enabling collaboration, automation, and business process optimization in enterprise environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Solution Architecture & Design\nArchitect enterprise-grade SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.\nDesign modern intranet portals, document management systems, and collaboration frameworks.\nDefine information architecture, taxonomy, metadata strategy, and governance models.\nCreate HLDs, LLDs, solution blueprints, and architecture diagrams.\nEnsure scalability, performance, and security alignment with client standards.\n Power Platform Expertise\nArchitect solutions using:\nPower Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)\nPower Automate\nPower BI\nPower Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio\nDesign workflow automation and approval frameworks.\nDevelop enterprise-grade business applications using Dataverse.\nDefine reusable components, connectors, and integration patterns.\nEnsure environment strategy, ALM, and governance for Power Platform.\n Integration & Modern Workplace Enablement\nIntegrate SharePoint with:\nMicrosoft Teams\nOneDrive\nExchange Online\nAzure AD\nThird-party systems via APIs\nDesign hybrid and migration strategies (on-prem to SharePoint Online).\nImplement enterprise search, content lifecycle management, and compliance controls.\nDrive adoption strategies and modern workplace transformation initiatives.\n Governance, Security & Compliance\nDefine tenant-level governance and site provisioning frameworks.\nImplement security models using Azure AD, RBAC, Conditional Access.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc. based on client domain).\nArchitect retention policies, DLP policies, and auditing strategies.\n Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership\nLead client workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions.\nSupport pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and estimations.\nProvide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams.\nReview solution design and ensure adherence to best practices.\nIdentify technical risks and drive mitigation plans.\n AI-Enabled Modern Workplace\nLeverage Microsoft Copilot and AI features within Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity.\nIdentify automation opportunities using AI-powered workflows.\nEvaluate intelligent document processing and analytics use cases.\nPromote responsible AI adoption aligned with enterprise governance.\n\nTechnical Skills Required\n\nSharePoint Online (Modern Experience)\nSPFx (SharePoint Framework)\nPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\nAzure AD & Identity Management\nMicrosoft Graph API\nDataverse\nMigration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.)\nAzure services integration (Logic Apps, Functions)\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field\n10+ years in SharePoint / Microsoft technologies\n4+ years in architecture roles within services/consulting organizations\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder management experience\nExperience delivering enterprise-scale digital workplace solutions\n\nPreferred\n\nMicrosoft
