Integrated Project & Deployment Planning\nDevelop and maintain an integrated project and deployment roadmap covering multiple concurrent initiatives, enhancements, and releases.\nCollaborate with Business Product Owners, RTEs, and delivery teams to align priorities, milestones, release schedules, and dependencies.\nTrack project progress against committed timelines and proactively identify potential delays or conflicts.\nCoordinate release readiness activities, business validations, and deployment communications.\nEnsure alignment between individual project plans and the broader platform roadmap.\n2. Project Governance, Risks & Issues\nEstablish and maintain structured tracking of project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.\nProactively follow up with stakeholders to drive resolution of open items and remove execution bottlenecks.\nFacilitate regular project reviews and governance meetings with business and technology stakeholders.\nEscalate critical risks, delays, and decisions to appropriate stakeholders with clear recommendations.\nDrive accountability and timely closure of commitments across teams.\n3. Business Stakeholder Management\nServe as a central coordination point between Business Product Owners, business users, RTEs, and delivery teams.\nBuild strong working relationships with stakeholders across different business functions and organizational levels.\nFacilitate discussions to clarify priorities, business expectations, and delivery commitments.\nTranslate project progress, technical updates, and delivery challenges into clear, business-friendly communication.\nEnsure business stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.\n4. Status Reporting & Leadership Communication\nPrepare consolidated weekly and monthly platform status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and key decisions.\nDevelop executive-level dashboards, presentations, and updates highlighting overall platform health and delivery progress.\nCommunicate project achievements, business impact, and upcoming releases in a concise and compelling manner.\nProvide leadership with actionable insights rather than simply reporting activities.\nMaintain consistency, accuracy, and transparency across all project communications.\n5. Platform Communication, Engagement & Adoption\nOwn and execute the platform communication and stakeholder engagement plan.\nPlan, coordinate, and facilitate monthly webinars showcasing platform capabilities, recent enhancements, upcoming releases, and business value.\nOrganize business roadshows, platform demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.\nDevelop newsletters, internal articles, release announcements, success stories, and other communication materials.\nPartner with Product Owners and business teams to highlight platform achievements, adoption, and measurable business benefits.\nEnsure communications are engaging, professionally presented, and tailored to different audiences.\nGather stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to improve platform awareness and adoption.\n6. Continuous Improvement & Execution Excellence\nEstablish standardized templates and processes for planning, reporting, governance, and communication.\nIdentify opportunities to improve cross-team collaboration, delivery predictability, and stakeholder engagement.\nDrive follow-through on decisions and commitments with minimal supervision.\nPromote a culture of ownership, transparency, and proactive communication.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n12-15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, or PMO roles within the IT industry.\nProven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams in a complex business and technology environment.\nExperience working with Business Product Owners, business stakeholders, Agile delivery teams, and Release Train Engineers.\nStrong understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery practices, release planning, and cross-team dependency management.\nDemonstrated ability to maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, executive status reports, and stakeholder communication plans.\nExperience creating professional presentations, newsletters, webinar content, and business communications.\nProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\nExposure to supply chain platforms, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs is strongly preferred.\n\nCritical Competencies – Must Have\n1. Exceptional Communication Skills\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. The candidate must be able to articulate complex information clearly, create compelling presentations, confidently facilitate meetings, and communicate effectively with both business users and senior leadership.\n2. Strong Ownership & Follow-Through\nMust demonstrate the ability to independently drive activities, proactively follow up with stakeholders, challenge delays constructively, and ensure commitments are delivered.\n3. Stakeholder Management & Influence\nAbility to work across teams and influence outcomes without direct reporting authority.\n4. Planning & Organizational Excellence\nStrong ability to manage competing priorities, maintain integrated plans, and coordinate multiple moving pieces without losing sight of overall objectives.\n5. Business Orientation\nAbility to understand business priorities, communicate platform value, and connect project outcomes to business benefits.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting digital supply chain, logistics, planning, inventory management, or enterprise transformation platforms.\nPrior experience in a large multinational organization with distributed business and technology teams.\nExposure to platform adoption, change management, or internal communication campaigns.\nPMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.\n\nKey
