Our commitment knows no bounds; we consistently go the extra mile to ensure enduring positive effects for our clients.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a Software Engineering Practice Lead who combines strong people leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to influence clients and business outcomes.\nAs the leader of the Software Engineering Practice, you will be responsible for growing and developing our engineering community, defining the technical direction of the Practice, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.\nThis role is not a pure management position and it is not a purely technical individual contributor role. You will operate at the intersection of people, technology, and business, partnering closely with Squad Leads, Client Partners, Delivery Leads, and Sales teams.\nWe are looking for an experienced engineer who has recently built and led high-performing teams of 8-10 people or more. Someone who has been a real people manager, not just a technical lead: running performance conversations, developing careers, growing seniors into leaders, and creating a culture people want to stay in. Someone with a clear sense of what scalability means at both team and system level, who stays current with the technology market and applies new practices without chasing hype, while remaining technology-agnostic: choosing the right tool for the problem, not the trend.
