In the end, lives will be saved.\nCould you be our newest Teckronaut?\nRole overview\nWe'relooking for a Senior Product Designer who owns problems end to end, from an ambiguous starting point through to delivered solution.\nYou'llbe joining a small design team within Teckro'sproduct organisation, where every designer's contribution within the larger organisation is visible and impactful.\nWe are also looking for someone who will help drive how our design team adopts AI to automateroutine, non-consequential parts of design, so we focus on the parts that really matter.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign leadership and execution\nLead end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery across multiple product areas, planning your own work\nContribute to and maintainour design system\nPromote best practice in quality, accessibilityand usability\nLead AI tool adoption in the team: find where it automates routine work, assess how tools fit our workflow, and bring colleagues with you\nDiscovery and problem definition\nFrame ambiguous requests into clear problems, identifyunknowns, and drive open questions to resolution\nExplore and present multiple approaches before recommending one\nRevise your approach as new informationemerges, without waiting for requirements to settle\n\nStakeholder ownership and collaboration\nIdentifyindependently who needs to be involved in a projectand at what point, and keep stakeholders engaged throughout\nFollow up and secure the input and agreement your work depends on\nCommunicate design rationale persuasively to technical, non-technical and senior audiences, balancing user, businessand technical needs\nDomain expertiseand team contribution\nBecome a subject-matter expert in clinical research, a complex regulated domain, through self-directed learning\nBring that expertiseinto stakeholder discussions, design reviewsand planning\nsessions\nMentor designers and colleagues on design best practice, leading by example\nEXPERIENCE REQUIRED\n4-7 years as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar\nA strong portfolio of end-to-end web and mobile product design, covering discovery and definition, not solely final UI\nDemonstrable experience leading discovery: defining problems, exploring multiple directions, aligning stakeholders on an approach\nExperience working with and contributing to a design system\nPractical use of AI tools in a design or product workflow to optimise and automate low-level work, plus the appetite to lead team-wide adoption\nProven ability to lead design in fast-paced, agile environments\nStrong grounding in interaction design, visual design, accessibilityand information architecture\nNice to have\nExperience in clinical research, life sciences, or another complex or regulated domainOR Evidence of building deep expertisein acomplex domain through self-directed learning\n\nExperience presenting directly to executive stakeholders\nMentorship experience\nLocation and Travel:\n(Dublin)\nHybrid role -based in our Dublin City Centre office which is locatedclose to Pearse Station & beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.\nWe also offer flexible start/end times, allowing your schedule to suit your lifestyle\nNote: We are unable to provide work permit sponsorship.
