are looking for an IMA & DIGITALIZATION COORDINATOR:\nMain responsibilities\nAct as the functional owner and primary point of contact for Inspection Management Application (IMA) within the Inspection Department, developing an in-depth understanding of the platform and its business processes.\nAdminister and maintain inspector, agency and related master data in IMA, ensuring that records, qualifications, certifications, experience and training information remains accurate and up to date.\nLead the day-to-day support to internal and external users, manage incidents and requests, coordinate their resolution and promote consistent and correct use of the platform.\nMonitor data quality, system usage, storage and performance, and implement solutions that improve reliability, efficiency and scalability.\nSupport KPI measurement, reporting and corporate decision-making by enabling effective use of the data available in IMA.\nGather, assess and prioritize improvement needs from Corporate Inspection, project teams and other stakeholders, translating them into functional requirements.\nPromote interoperability between IMA and other corporate systems, including SmartPlant Materials, SAP and Documentum, as well as future digital platforms.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize and automate activities and improve inspection processes through digital solutions.\nDesign and deliver training, demonstrations and user guidance for employees, inspection agencies, inspectors, clients and joint-venture partners, both remotely and in person.\nDrive user adoption and continuous improvement to maximize the platform's operability through Técnicas Reunidas projects.\nSkills\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication profile and experience\nAt least 5 years of experience as a Systems, Software or Business Applications Specialist, supporting, administering or implementing corporate applications in the Oil & Gas, EPC or industrial engineering sector.\nExperience administering, supporting or improving digital tools in industrial, engineering, procurement, quality or inspection environments.\nExperience delivering training and preparing user guidance for internal and external audiences.\nStrong knowledge of corporate business applications, application administration and user-support processes.\nExperience with integrated systems, interfaces, master-data management and data-quality control.\nKnowledge of incident management, functional requirements definition, user acceptance testing and implementation of system improvements.\nExperience with SmartPlant Materials (SMat), SAP and Documentum, or comparable corporate platforms, would be highly valued.\nFamiliarity with KPI reporting, data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI would be considered an asset.\nKnowledge of process automation, digital transformation and artificial intelligence applications would be valued.\nKnowledge of inspection workflows, ITPs, inspection planning, vendor surveillance, non-conformity management or related quality processes would be considered an asset but is not
