We are building a full \necosystem that includes EV sales and high-standard after-sales service to empower the local workforce. \nCAWIN is looking for a motivated and adaptable Junior Business Development & Operations \nExecutive to support our automotive sales, EV aftersales service, and local business \noperations. \nThis is a junior-level position suitable for someone with 1–3 years of working experience \nwho is eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow together with a startup company. The \nrole requires strong communication skills, flexibility, and a practical problem-solving \nmindset. \nKey Responsibilities \n1. B2B Automotive Sales and Business Development \n* Support the development of CAWIN’s automotive business, with a strong focus on B2B \nsales. \n* Identify and follow up with potential corporate clients, fleet operators, institutions, \ndistributors, and other business customers. \n* Support client meetings, quotations, commercial negotiations, sales follow-up, and \ncustomer relationship management. \n* Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective business clients. \n* Assist the team in achieving automotive sales targets. \n*Develop and Manages Insurance related to EV\n2. EV aftersales Service Business Development and Sales Support \n* Support the business development and daily commercial operations of CAWIN’s EV \nAftersales Service. \n* Assist the team in achieving EV aftersales Service revenue and sales targets. \n* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate fleets, insurance companies, \ninstitutional customers, and other potential EV aftersales Service clients. \n* Follow up on customer requirements, repair jobs, quotations, and business opportunities. \n* Coordinate with EV aftersales Service staff to ensure effective communication and smooth \nservice delivery. \n3. Business Operations and International Trade Support \n* Support various aspects of the company’s international trade activities, including \nimportation, customs clearance, logistics, shipping documentation, and coordination with \nrelevant parties. \n* Assist in solving day-to-day operational issues related to the company’s local business \nactivities. \n* Support matters related to taxation, electricity supply, government procedures, suppliers, \nservice providers, and other operational requirements. \n* Coordinate with government authorities, customs agents, logistics companies, banks, \nsuppliers, customers, and other external partners when required. \n* Take on additional business and operational responsibilities according to the needs of the \ncompany. \nQualifications and Requirements \n* Bachelor’s degree or above. \n* 1–3 years of working experience only. \n* Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and \neffectively with international colleagues and business partners. \n* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n* Strong team player with a collaborative working style. \n* Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to adjust responsibilities according to \nbusiness needs. \n* Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing startup environment. \n* Willing to learn quickly, take ownership, and grow together with the company. \nPreferred Candidate Profile \nWe are looking for someone who is energetic, responsible, communicative, and willing to \ntake initiative.
