The company is building a comprehensive EV ecosystem covering vehicle sales, high-quality after-sales services, and local workforce development.\nCAWIN Mobility is seeking a motivated, adaptable, and responsible Junior Business Development & Operations Executive to support automotive sales, EV after-sales service business development, and daily business operations.\nThis junior-level position is ideal for a candidate with 1–3 years of work experience who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a dynamic startup environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nB2B Automotive Sales and Business Development\nSupport the development of CAWIN’s automotive business, particularly B2B sales.\nIdentify and follow up with corporate clients, fleet operators, institutions, distributors, and other potential business customers.\nAssist with client meetings, quotations, commercial negotiations, sales follow-up, and customer relationship management.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.\nSupport the achievement of automotive sales targets.\nCoordinate and manage insurance-related matters for electric vehicles.\nEV After-Sales Service Business Development\nSupport business development and daily commercial operations for CAWIN’s EV after-sales services.\nAssist in achieving after-sales service revenue and sales targets.\nBuild relationships with corporate fleets, insurance companies, institutional customers, and other potential clients.\nFollow up on customer requirements, repair jobs, quotations, and business opportunities.\nCoordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure effective communication and smooth service delivery.\nBusiness Operations and International Trade Support\nSupport international trade activities, including importation, customs clearance, logistics, shipping documentation, and related coordination.\nHelp resolve day-to-day operational issues affecting local business activities.\nSupport operational matters involving taxation, electricity supply, government procedures, suppliers, and service providers.\nCoordinate with government authorities, customs agents, logistics companies, banks, suppliers, customers, and other external partners.\nUndertake additional business and operational responsibilities as required by the company.\nRequirements\nQualifications and Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Sales, International Business, International Trade, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.\n1–3 years of relevant work experience.\nStrong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with international colleagues and business partners.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills.\nFlexible, adaptable, and willing to take on different responsibilities.\nAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-changing startup environment.\nWillingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and assume responsibility.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is energetic, responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
