This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales, customer relationships, and renewable energy solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and develop new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.\nPromote and sell solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, all-in-one solar systems, and related accessories.\nVisit potential customers, deliver product presentations, and recommend suitable solutions based on their power requirements and budgets.\nPrepare quotations, negotiate sales agreements, and follow up on customer inquiries.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, EPC companies, retailers, and real estate developers.\nDevelop and maintain a customer database and an effective sales pipeline.\nAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.\nMonitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and analyze competitor activities.\nCoordinate with technical teams to ensure appropriate product recommendations and customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.\nA minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in solar energy, electrical equipment, inverters, batteries, or related industries.\nBasic knowledge of solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, and solar backup systems is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of residential and commercial power backup solutions is preferred.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.\nGood business development, lead generation, and customer relationship management abilities.\nAbility to identify sales opportunities, negotiate with customers, and achieve sales targets.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn about solar energy products and solutions.\nKey
