The Manager Java AWS Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and AWS cloud technologies. The role involves leading technical deliveries, collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams, building scalable cloud-native applications, and ensuring high-quality software development through best engineering practices.

Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java 21, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.

- Build RESTful APIs and microservices following industry best practices.

- Develop secure, maintainable, and high-performance application components.

- Support application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cloud-Native Development :

- Develop and deploy applications using AWS cloud services including Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, RDS, and DynamoDB.

- Design event-driven and serverless application architectures.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation.

- Optimize cloud resources for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Database Management :

- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions.

- Develop efficient SQL queries and data access layers.

- Ensure database performance, scalability, and data integrity.

- Support PostgreSQL and DynamoDB-based applications.

Agile Delivery :

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation sessions.

- Translate business requirements into technical user stories and deliverables.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Quality Assurance & Production Support :

- Develop comprehensive unit tests and maintain high code coverage.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement bug fixes.

- Support application deployment, monitoring, and post-production activities.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- Strong expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, RDS (PostgreSQL), and DynamoDB.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with GitHub Actions, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in unit testing, deployment, production support, and application maintenance.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to Event-Driven Architecture and Messaging Systems.

- Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.

- Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, or Grafana.

- AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Solutions Architect Certification.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud-native environments.
