Reporting directly to the Manager, Supply Chain Business Systems & Operations, you will serve as the business owner of our product lifecycle management platform, build our vendor compliance system of record, and partner across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Product Development, and Tech to keep critical product data accurate and connected.\nThis role is required to be based in Austin, TX. Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn the product lifecycle management (PLM) platform from the business side, gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and defining workflows, fields, naming, and taxonomy.\nBuild and maintain the vendor compliance system of record, including document intake, verification, storage, status, expiration, renewals, exceptions, audit reports, and corrective action plans.\nConsolidate existing vendor compliance records into a verified baseline and establish clear standards for what must be on file by partner type.\nBuild and execute test plans for system changes, lead user acceptance testing, and document release notes, known issues, and workarounds.\nOwn the Time & Action calendar and support Product Development with milestone templates, seasonal setup, style data, and bill-of-materials completeness.\nGovern product data standards and run regular data-quality audits to resolve issues before they impact integrations, launches, or product pages.\nOwn business-side integrations between the PLM and downstream systems, monitoring data flows, troubleshooting discrepancies, and partnering with Tech on field mappings and technical issues.\nOwn user access, support, training, and documentation, while identifying and fixing the root cause of recurring system issues.\nExperience we’re looking for:\n3-5 years of experience as a business systems analyst, PLM administrator, product data manager, or similar role.\nHands-on experience owning and configuring a PLM platform such as WFX, Centric, PTC FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose, or a comparable system.\nExperience building or managing a structured records process, including document requirements, storage, status, expiration, and renewal.\nExperience gathering requirements, leading user acceptance testing, rolling out system changes, and creating clear documentation and training.\nWorking knowledge of how a PLM connects to an ERP and other downstream business systems.\nFamiliarity with Time & Action calendars and bills of materials in a product development environment.\nStrong data skills, including SQL or advanced spreadsheet capabilities.\nBonus points for apparel, footwear, or consumer products experience, and familiarity with NetSuite.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nYou are highly organized and attentive to detail, especially when it comes to records, dates, data quality, and follow-through.\nYou can translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.\nYou are comfortable owning a high-impact system and making thoughtful decisions about processes, priorities, and data standards.\nYou approach support with a problem-solving mindset and look for the root cause of recurring issues rather than treating them as one-off tickets.\nYou write clear, practical documentation that people can actually use.\nFull Time Benefits & Perks:\nWe offer insurance plans that pay 79-90% of your health premium coverage and 100% of your dental & vision insurance coverage for your family/dependents\n401(k) match\nPaid Parental Leave\nFlexible PTO policy\nCorporate wellness program\nCompetitive salary - $90,000-100,000/annum (commensurate with experience)\nEligibility to participate in Corporate Bonus Program\nGenerous employee discounts!\nAbout Us:\nBased in Austin, TX, Tecovas brings the spirit of the West to the modern consumer.
