Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects \nOwn the day-to-day management of Front End Engineering sprint work, from planning through release\nServe as the main link between Front End Engineering and the Digital teams, guiding Digital priorities into sprint-ready work\nPartner with internal stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and strategies\nDocument project requirements, user stories, and test plans clearly and comprehensively\nCommunicate regularly with relevant stakeholders on project status, progress, risks, and changes in scope\nFollow a defined project management methodology to ensure that project steps and resources are well-planned and executed\nFacilitate daily standup meetings, sprint planning meetings, and backlog grooming sessions for assigned technology teams\nOwn and manage sprint planning in project management software, including incorporating stakeholder prioritization\nPartner with engineering team on project estimates and prioritization\nBalance the ability to work independently and drive projects forward with the awareness to seek guidance or escalate issues when needed\nResolve conflicts in a timely manner and escalate to senior management when appropriate\nExperience we’re looking for:\n3+ years of experience in technical project management, working directly with engineering teams, and/or experience in relevant work, fields, or related functions\nExperience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules\nExcellent customer intuition; demonstrated success in identifying, prioritizing and delivering product capabilities to delight customers\nStrong data analysis skills; the ability to run data analysis and synthesize data to make on-point business decisions\nExperience running Agile sprints for a front end, web, or e-commerce engineering team.\nBonus points for a Certified ScrumMaster Certification\nWhat you bring to the table:\nYou have the capacity to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines\nYou have excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with an ability to influence at executive level\nYou have a proven track record of earning trust with stakeholders who may possess disparate working styles\nYou take pride in the quality and durability of your work\nFull Time Benefits & Perks: \nWe offer insurance plans that pay 79-90% of your health premium coverage and 100% of your dental & vision insurance coverage for your family/dependents\n401(k) match\nPaid Parental Leave\nFlexible PTO policy\nCorporate wellness program\nCompetitive salary - $95,000 - $105,000/commensurate with experience\nEligibility to participate in Corporate Bonus Program\nGenerous employee discounts!\nAbout Us:\nBased in Austin, TX, Tecovas brings the spirit of the West to the modern consumer.
