Bạn sẽ trực tiếp làm việc với business, chuẩn hóa KPI, xây dựng dashboard và phân tích hiệu quả kinh doanh, marketing.\nCÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH\nLàm rõ nhu cầu phân tích: Trao đổi với các bộ phận kinh doanh để xác định vấn đề, yêu cầu và mục tiêu cần giải quyết.\n\nChuẩn hóa hệ thống đo lường: Xây dựng danh mục KPI, công thức tính và logic nghiệp vụ, đảm bảo tính nhất quán giữa các báo cáo.\n\nXử lý và kiểm tra dữ liệu: Sử dụng SQL, Python để khai thác, xử lý và đối soát dữ liệu đa nguồn; phối hợp Data Engineering giải quyết sai lệch.\n\nPhát triển dashboard: Thiết kế, xây dựng và tối ưu báo cáo Power BI phục vụ theo dõi, quản trị hiệu quả hoạt động.\n\nPhân tích và đề xuất: Đánh giá hiệu quả sản phẩm, kênh bán và chiến dịch; xác định xu hướng, bất thường và các yếu tố tác động để đề xuất hành động.\n\nTriển khai kết quả phân tích: Trình bày insight dễ hiểu, phối hợp người dùng kiểm thử, nghiệm thu và hướng dẫn sử dụng báo cáo.\n\nTham gia phân tích nâng cao: Hỗ trợ các dự án dự báo, mô phỏng kịch bản và phân tích chuyên sâu theo phạm vi được giao.\n\nBạn sẽ phụ trách nhu cầu phân tích của nhóm kinh doanh hoặc Performance Marketing được phân công.
