Your level - and your title - are determined by your assessment, not by the role you apply to.\nIf you have meaningful experience in more than one discipline, apply to your primary discipline and tell your recruiter about your secondary discipline(s) during your Introduction Call. You may be scheduled for a separate Discipline Assessment for each one.\nTechnical Project Management at TEECOM\nTechnical Project Managers at TEECOM are the primary point of contact for client accounts - they own the relationship, the technology scope, and the delivery across multiple concurrent projects. This is a client-facing, field-active role: TPMs spend significant time on-site managing the technology scope of active projects alongside construction teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.\nTPMs are not pure project managers - they bring genuine technical depth in at least one discipline (ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, Wireless, or similar) and use that expertise to make real-time decisions in the field, review deliverables for quality, and maintain client trust through construction and commissioning.
