The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, protecting the company’s contractual rights, and supporting the project team in commercial and contractual matters\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and manage construction, Fit-Out, and Joint Venture (JV) contracts in accordance with contractual requirements and project procedures.\nStrong practical knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts, including Red, Yellow, and Silver Books.\nReview and interpret contracts, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.\nManage Variations, Claims, EOT, contractual notices, payment certificates, and final accounts.\nEvaluate contractor/subcontractor claims, variations, delays, and contractual entitlements.\nIdentify contractual risks and support claims prevention, dispute resolution, and negotiations.\nPrepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and supporting documentation.\nCoordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Planning, Cost Control, Procurement, and Legal teams.\nMaintain Contract, Claims, Variation, and Correspondence Registers.\nProvide contractual and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, including building, architectural, Fit-Out, and JV projects.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.\n6+ years of relevant experience in construction/project contracts, preferably on major infrastructure, building, or development projects.\nExtensive practical experience in FIDIC contracts and contract administration.\nStrong knowledge of Claims Management, Variations, EOT, Delay Analysis, and Dispute Resolution.\nExperience working with contractors, consultants, clients, and project management teams.\nStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, schedules, and project documentation.\nExcellent contractual writing, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office;
