prepare bid comparison sheets.\n· Identify tender qualifications, exclusions, assumptions, risks and opportunities.\n· Prepare method statements, project execution inputs, schedules and supporting technical submissions.\n· Compile compliant tender packages and ensure submission before deadlines.\n· Attend pre-bid meetings, manage clarifications and respond to client queries.\n· Maintain tender trackers, pricing records and bid documentation.\n· Support post-tender negotiations, bid revisions and handover to project teams\nRequirements\n· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.\n· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tendering, proposals or estimation within construction or contracting.\n· Proficiency in BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis and tender documentation.\n· Strong Excel skills;
