Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical support, including presentations, demos, and technical evaluations. Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration assistance, and guidance to resolve customer technical issues. Develop and deliver technical training, documentation, and workshops for customers. Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product features and roadmap. Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. What you must have: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as FAE, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Support.
