establish shared technical standards.\nWymagania\nMust-have:\n\nPractical experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with API Gateways, API Management, ingress controllers or service meshes.\n\nStrong proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker and public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\n\nPractical experience creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.\n\nWorking knowledge of Java, Kotlin or another modern backend language (and willingness to work in a Java/Kotlin ecosystem).\n\nAbility to work independently, navigate ambiguous technical requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end.\nExcellent English skills (minimum B2+) with the ability to communicate technical concepts and interpersonal perceptions clearly.\n\nNice-to-have:\n\nHands-on experience with Kong or Apache APISIX.\nPrevious experience building or contributing to an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) or Developer Portal\n\nTech
