(Scrum or Kanban), participating in periodic on-site workshops (approx. 3–5 times a year in Kraków/ at the client's site).\nWymagania\nMust-have:\n\n6+ years of professional software development experience.\nStrong proficiency in Kotlin or Java with the Spring Boot framework.\nSolid experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.\nHands-on experience with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) with modern CI/CD pipelines.\n\nPractical experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is required to support the full product development process and manage cross-stack dependencies.\nOpenness to utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and a drive to quickly adapt to new technological trends.\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge within the team.\nExcellent English skills (minimum B2+) with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.\n\nNice-to-have:\n\nExperience with event-driven architectures and Apache Kafka.\nExperience with Vue.js.\nFamiliarity with SOLR or ElasticSearch.\nExperience with
