This role blends technical excellence with people leadership-empowering engineers through mentorship, skill-building, and standardized best practices-while also contributing directly to high-impact technical work.\nYou will drive backend development, ensure quality across all projects, assist with architecture and coding for complex initiatives, and help shape the long-term craft direction within the organization. A portion of your time (25-50%) will be dedicated to hands-on development of our internal products, such as Teifi Bridge and Teifi Parts, as well as private apps and utilities not yet part of Teifi Labs until they are incubated and transitioned to a dedicated team.
