At Teifi, our PMs operate as pod leaders, accountable for the delivery outcomes of a cross-functional team comprising a Technical Product Owner, Business Analysts, developers, and designers. This role carries full accountability for the client relationship, financial performance, and delivery success of every project you lead. You will keep your pod aligned, unblocked, and focused on delivering exceptional results for our enterprise clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle\nLead regular client meetings to review project progress, timelines, and change requests\nManage communications with third-party partners and extended client teams\nOwn escalation management, identifying issues early and coordinating resolution across internal and client teams\nProject Initiation\nLead project onboarding activities including post-sale scope validation, clarification sessions, and kickoff meetings\nDefine and align on project scope, SOW boundaries, and success criteria with clients and internal teams\nEstablish project governance including communication cadence, escalation paths, and decision-making processes\nPlan and coordinate all Discovery activities including sessions, agendas, logistics, milestones, and team responsibilities\nEnsure Discovery outputs are reviewed and signed off before delivery begins\nProject Delivery\nBuild and maintain the end-to-end project schedule, managing workstreams, milestones, and dependencies, and communicating schedule adherence to both client and internal stakeholders\nMonitor delivery progress, coordinate dependencies, and proactively remove blockers for the project team\nManage ongoing resource forecasting and allocation, reviewing team capacity on a rolling basis\nTrack and manage scope changes, owning the CR process from client request through assessment, approval, and implementation coordination\nAs the Scrum Master, facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives\nMeasure, drive, and course correct on delivery metrics including schedule overrun, sprint velocity, stories passed QA first time, and forecast utilization\nFinancial Management\nTrack project budgets by phase and deliverable against SOW estimates, addressing variances proactively\nCoordinate milestone-based invoicing and collections in alignment with MSA / SOW payment schedules\nEnsure timesheet submissions and approvals are completed accurately and on time\nMeasure, drive, and course correct on financial metrics including actuals vs forecast budget, margin variance, weekly scope variance, and estimate at completion\nRisk & Quality\nOwn the project RAID log, maintaining risk, assumption, issue, and decision tracking throughout the project\nDevelop and execute risk mitigation plans in collaboration with the project team\nOversee delivery quality, ensuring deliverables are reviewed and meet defined standards before client submission\nReporting\nProduce and distribute weekly status reports for clients covering progress, schedule, risks, and next steps\nProvide internal leadership reporting on project health, budget status, and delivery metrics\nTeam & Process\nHold pod members accountable to delivery commitments, coordinating priorities, resolving blockers, and ensuring the team operates effectively toward project goals\nCoordinate and onboard cross-functional project team members throughout the project lifecycle\nCollaborate with other pod leads and the broader delivery team on continuous improvement efforts, contributing to process discussions and retrospective reviews across pods\nAct as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding\nQualifications\n8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency or e-commerce implementation environment\nDemonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects end to end\nStrong understanding of agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and sprint-based delivery\nExperience with budget tracking, resource forecasting, and financial reporting on client projects\nProven ability to manage client relationships, deliver difficult messages, and maintain trust under pressure\nFamiliarity with Shopify Plus is an asset;
