can explain complex concepts to both engineers and execs.\n\nPreferred:\n\n- You've worked in adjacent spaces like CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, sales engagement, or conversation intelligence and understand how reps, managers, and ops teams actually work.\n\n- You have founder instincts;
