Gain certifications in Microsoft as part of your professional development.\nCollaborative Environment: Be part of a supportive team that values excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.\nChallenging Projects: Engage in diverse projects across various industry sectors, providing a stimulating and dynamic work environment.\nComprehensive Benefits: including remote working in Ireland, health insurance, flexible working hours & company trips.\nRole Responsibilities:\nOwn and deliver against the department’s output targets with department team. \nSupport department’s sales target via collaboration with business development team. \nCollaborate with both business development and sales teams to shape proposals and respond to RFPs. \nLead solution design and technical input during pre-sales engagements, supporting existing business development pre-sales. \nRepresent our Microsoft practice in client meetings, pitches, and industry events. \nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, Microsoft, and other strategic partners. \nIdentify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. \nEnsure client satisfaction and long-term value through high-impact solution delivery. \nSupport the Operations Director to drive the Microsoft platforms strategy in alignment with organisational goals. \nEnsure technical governance, security, and compliance across all Microsoft technologies. \nAct as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues from within the department’s teams and projects. \nMentor and develop internal talent within our Microsoft practice and work alongside the Operations Director on performance reviews. \nPromote continuous learning and Microsoft certification across the team. \nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. \nUnderstand, comply with and actively promote adherence to ISO27001 and ISO9001 policies and procedures\nRequirements\nProven experience leading Microsoft Platform implementations (e.g. M365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365). \nStrong commercial acumen with experience in pre-sales and client-facing roles. \nDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed delivery targets in a technical leadership role. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \nMicrosoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Certifications, Power Platform Expert, AI Business Professional) are highly desirable. \nDesirable Experience:\nExposure to and knowledge of Microsoft Azure and PaaS options and how it can be utilised with Power Platform to deliver customer solutions to business challenges. \nUnderstanding of the wider Microsoft SaaS offerings (e.g. Business Central, F&O, etc) \nTEKenable's culture is built upon the values of resilience, heartfelt service, always striving and insatiable curiosity.
