and client intelligence.\nCRM Administration & User Support\nSupport the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform.\nCreate, maintain and update client, contact and company records.\nProvide first-line support to CRM users, responding to queries and troubleshooting issues.\nAssist with user onboarding and adoption initiatives.\nSupport data imports, exports and bulk record updates.\nContribute to system testing, enhancements and upgrades.\nProduce regular reports, dashboards and data extracts for business users.\nPromote CRM best practices and help improve user engagement across the organisation.\nData Quality & Governance\nMaintain the accuracy, completeness and integrity of CRM data.\nPerform data cleansing, enrichment and deduplication activities.\nMonitor data quality metrics and proactively identify issues.\nSupport data governance processes and internal data standards.\nAssist with compliance-related data management activities, including GDPR requirements.\nContribute to ongoing database improvement initiatives and audits.\nTraining & Adoption\nDeliver day-to-day support and guidance to CRM users.\nAssist with training sessions for new and existing employees.\nCreate and maintain user guides, process documentation and training materials.\nIdentify common user challenges and recommend improvements.\nSupport initiatives aimed at increasing CRM adoption and data quality across the business.\nBusiness Development & Marketing Support\nSupport the creation of targeted marketing and business development data lists.\nAssist with audience segmentation for campaigns, events and client engagement activities.\nMaintain client intelligence and relationship information within the CRM system.\nProvide reporting and data analysis to support commercial initiatives.\nSupport business development planning through accurate and reliable client data management.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve CRM processes, user experience and data quality.\nDocument procedures and system administration activities.\nSupport CRM-related projects and enhancement initiatives.\nStay up to date with developments in CRM technology, data management and reporting tools.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience working with a CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics experience essential).\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data.\nExcellent organisational and administrative skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to explain systems and processes to non-technical users.\nAnalytical mindset with an interest in data, systems and technology.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nStrong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of how CRM supports client engagement and business growth.\nDesirable\nExperience with relationship intelligence or customer insight platforms.\nExperience in data quality management, data cleansing or database administration.\nExperience delivering user training and onboarding support.\nExperience creating process documentation and user guides.\nExperience working within a professional services environment.\nKnowledge of GDPR and data governance
