market, ensuring that TEKEVER continues to grow with a brilliant team.\nWhat will be your responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top engineering and technology talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, specialised platforms, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.\n\nOwn the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions, from sourcing and initial screening through to offer.\n\nPartner closely with People Business Partner and hiring teams to understand role requirements, technical skills, seniority, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.\n\nBuild and maintain strong pipelines of engineering talent, including both active candidates and passive talent.\n\nEngage and assess candidates, ensuring a strong understanding of their technical background, career motivations, experience, and potential fit with the role and TEKEVER.\n\nManage candidate communication and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\n\nContribute to strengthening TEKEVER’s employer brand within the engineering and technology communities.\n\nProfile and requirements:\nDegree in Human Resources, Sociology, Management, Psychology, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment is highly valued.\n\nDemonstrated interest in, or experience recruiting, engineering and technology profiles.\n\nStrong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.\n\nComfortable navigating technical environments and developing a solid understanding of engineering roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.\n\nStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.\n\nResilient, proactive, curious, and results-oriented, with the persistence required to recruit highly competitive technical profiles.\n\nComfortable using recruitment technology, sourcing tools, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and productivity tools such as MS Office.\n\nFluent in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills (C2 level in both languages).\n\nWilling and available to work Hybrid regime in Caldas
